Bulmers Structural Lift

This project was challenging- We provided a new engineered structure and removed all of the existing supports for the residence, lifted the first and second floors up 3 inches in some areas, and installed new footings, columns, and beams in the basement. Beams were brought into the basement, assembled together and used to lift the floors above prior to installing the columns shown.
